Chapter 1
Does Forex affects stocks and bonds?
Yes, it does affect stock and bond markets and equities investor should include forex studies in their analysis to increase the probability to profit from the equities market.
I will give you an example:

EUR/USD

For investors who are investing in the European Companies which export huge amount of goods to US need to pay attention to this currency pair. Since 2003, the Fiber had been rising its value against the Buck, and due to the US over spending deficit, it causes the currency to surge. As a result, this affects directly to the profit of the European Companies. The reason behind the drop in profits of the Euro companies is that, the goods became more expensive to the US consumers.

For instances;

EUR/USD = 1$ (then)

EUR/USD = 1.5000$ (now)
This means that the product of the Export used to costs 1USD,
but now it costs 1.5USD.

Because the big Companies don't apply the fluctuation of the currency price directly to the price tag, hence, they absorb and suffer the lost.

Check out the daily chart.
Divergence showing up, the prices moving downwards, and there is a strong support is at 1.3279. It has been tested by the price twice and not yet able to break it. With the RSI showing below 50 considering a bearish market.
.
Now to the smaller time frame, 4hours.
A downtrend channel formed.
The price retraces at the support levels of .618, .5, .382 of the Fibs and I know that it will charge all the way to my take profit level, which is the strong support that I've mentioned on the daily chart. And also a stop loss at the 0.764 level of the fibs.

Great day everybody!

Today I will share with you my latest trades.

Here is a 240mins chart on EUR/USD.

The previous Higher high was 1.4579 way back during the mid January 2010. It started heading south at 15th Jan 2010 until there was a little pullback from 17 to 19 Jan and then it went on plunging. The Second pullback from the downtrend 21 to 25 Jan with a difference of 166 pips has become my new active on the 27th Jan. I waited for the signal candle to be generated, entered a short position at 1.4046. I expect the Euro to continue depreciate and the trend to continue to plunge to 1.3846. What I did not expect is the pull back at 1.3851 (which was 6 pips away from my T/P), thus, a channel was form with the lower low and the pullback stopped exactly at 1.4025 ,without breaking through the channel. Backed with the hidden divergence, the trend will be happily heading south for another week or two.
